Mark is the chief operating officer of Ten State. Although not a lawyer, he has been involved exclusively in management and administration in international finance and law for the past eight years. During this time, he has worked closely with professionals in more than twenty countries around the world. His responsibilities have demanded a thorough knowledge and understanding of international banking requirements and corporate and trust structures and as well as the various compliance requirements in these jurisdictions.

Mark graduated from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) with a BA in History in 1995. Before entering the international finance field, he was a bank officer, working primarily within the international division. In 1998, Mr. Broadwater was named Vice President of International Migration Services, a South Korean-based immigration consulting firm with offices in Seoul, Vancouver and Toronto, where he was responsible for US and Canadian operations. In 1999, Mr. Broadwater worked directly with Timothy Scrantom and the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to develop and implement that country's international finance legislation.

Over the past decade, Mark has established an extensive global network of professional relationships in both the public and private sectors of international law and finance.
